12 Month Service Package

Our 12 month service package is a more comprehensive service that is recommended 1 year after you have bought your electric bike, and every 12 months after that.

Drivetrain clean. Cranks, cassette & gears.
Chain lubricated & checked for wear.
Brake adjustment.
Brake pad assessment for safety.
Gear adjustment.
Tyres inspected for wear, damage and inflated to the correct PSI.
Bolt safety check.
Assess all bearings of bicycle.
Replacement of any cables if necessary.
